Great Bhet Interviewing Competition

Leadership Development Centre provides students with many opportunities to apply the

various skills they have learned about Leadership. The Great Bhet Interviewing Competition

is one of them. We have been organizing this competition for the last two years with the

participation of college students from different parts who have come to Pune, including

students from the Leadership Development Centre.

These students are given the opportunity to conduct face-to-face interviews with

many great personalities. The main objective of this competition is to develop the interview

skills of the students, to give them an opportunity to understand the concept of leadership

through their interactions with these eminent personalities, and to create awareness about

their own strengths and social awareness through these experiences. Last year, more than 250

students have participated in this competition along with more than 80 eminent personalities

as interviewee.
