Foundation and Preparatory Course

Jnana Prabodhini Leadership Development Centre facilitates the youth who want to work in the administrative field with socially oriented, efficient and ethical attitude.
This is done by the ‘Foundation and Preparatory Course’ conducted jointly by the Leadership Development Centre and Competitive Examination Centre.

Duration and Timing

Duration : 

Basic and Advance Course of 1 year each

Time :

Monday to Friday (6pm to 8pm; 7pm to 9pm)
Saturday (3:30pm to 8pm)

Entrance Examination

Entrance Examination is mandatory for admission to Basic Course
Exam will be conducted four times in April, May and June

Exam Pattern

  • The exam can be given in Marathi or English language. 

  • The exam will be in 2 parts (1) Homework / Assignment and (2) Actual Examination.

  • Home-works / Assignments must be completed before the examination or after the examination within 8 days. Submitting Homework / Assignment is mandatory, without which the results of the exam will not be announced.

Actual Examination

  1. Mental Ability Test

  2. Descriptive (Essay Writing, Personality & Leadership related questions)

  3. Introducing yourself – written as well as interview

  4. Team Task / Group Discussion

Eligibility of Selection

  1. Students scoring 60% marks in total will be eligible for admission.

  2. Students scoring 45% to 60% marks in total will be on the waiting list and all of them will be admitted according to available seats and their marks.

  3. Unqualified students will not be allowed to take the entrance exam again in the same year. Absence without prior permission on the date on which the entrance fee has been paid can be re-entered by paying the fee again.

  4. The result will be declared on the notice board of the centre after 8 days. Qualified students will be notified by SMS.


For the Entrance Examination, come to the office and register by paying
Rs. 100 cash. Fill the personal information form along with it.
